How the URL budget works
Larger sites are crawled in batches using your sitemap, capped per crawl. When a site has more URLs than one crawl can cover, we don't just recrawl the same first batch every week.
Source code protection
If I close Website Toolkit, you get the full source code and instructions for running it yourself on a cheap VPS with Node.
